I am looking forward to seeing our country, also, and hopefully giving our children a gift they will never forget. Especially, I hope they will learn that although it is not always easy, unconventional choices in life can be made.

Quitting my part-time job as a writer for The Citizen in Boyne City for this adventure was not easy for me. Neither is the financial risk, but I believe it will be worth it.

Activities I enjoy are reading, writing, music, art and walking. I am 42 years old, and my hope is that I will make a positive difference in the world during my life.
